The Scottish government is apparently set to finalise unique digital ID’s for all Scots who don’t yet have one, in Spring 2019. Scotland’s youth already have ID numbers, aka ‘Young Scot’ cards. Similarly, OAP’s also have them, aka ‘The Bus Pass’ … more info on Entitlement Cards Friends on twitter, who are brand new to #BlockchainDemocracy...
