The Scottish Greens have confirmed they will not vote to give Boris Johnson’s Brexit deal consent.It is expected that Holyrood will refuse to give legislative consent to the Prime Minister’s Brexit deal today. The UK Government will then ignore this and drag Scotland out of Europe, supported by the Labour party at Westminster.
