+ScotGov I saw the article on shitscotlsnd news on the BBC. They rolled out this story and then came out with the most famous word on any good news in Scotland. And the magic word they always use is of course ' BUT' You can guarantee that they will always have a negative slant !!

@Murchie They said their was a 95% uptake BUT 5% didnt think it was a good idea by not taking them!! Why in hell would you even comment that 1 in 20 people didnt take them. Its always a snidey slant !!
