+HolyroodDaily Trust me, this is all to do with the Union. This is deciding to base big projects in England for two reasons:

1. In case Scotland votes for independence, they'd need to build these in England

2. If Scotland doesn't have it, they'll claim it shows we'll be in breach of Climate Change targets or claim that these projects based in England but for benefit of Scotland shows strength of Union.
