In May 2020, people could only legally meet outside with 1 other person (remember how that felt?).

But Boris Johnson's Principal Private Secretary chose that time to invite 100 people to a party in Downing Street gardens:
"... we thought it would be nice to make the most of the lovely weather"
"... Please join us from 6pm and bring your own booze"

Apparently, 40 people including Boris Johnson...
