20 times the Tory Government has promised an employment bill. They are failing workers.

Amazing work! Well done everyone.

I was in the other day and told staff that they’re the best science centre in Scotland. Absolutely love visiting with the kids.
Keep an eye out for these fully electric Stagecoach buses which will be hitting the 727 and 59 routes very soon.
I am delighted to be returning to the frontbench to take on my new role as the Scottish National Party (SNP) Shadow Secretary of State for Work and Pensions at Westminster

I look forward to working to hold this Tory Gov to account over their damaging policies which have targeted the most vulnerable in society and pushed many more people into hardship - as well as using my role to be a strong...
Phenomenal start to my Tuesday playing football for the Women’s Parliamentary Football Team against the Afghan Women’s Development Squad. So many amazingly talented young women, barred from playing in their country, who’ve had to flee from the Taliban. Honoured and humbled to play football with them today. ⚽️

Good news from your SNP Govt:-

In Scotland, we're taking a more compassionate approach to social security.

Our new Adult Disability Payment will no longer subject those with lifelong conditions to re-assessments, giving disabled people more dignity and financial security.
Wee visit to Aberdeen Sewing Machines today to pick up my repaired machine. Super glad to have it back. Their shop is on Novar Place (off Hutcheon Street) if you’re looking to buy a machine or have yours repaired.
I was lucky to have an early viewing of VSA’s 150 year celebration exhibition at the Art Gallery. It’s running until the end of May and is well worth heading along to see. (Also look at the teeny tiny sewing machine 😍)

Not only do women make up 48% of the Ranger workforce in Scotland but many Ranger Services are either led by women or they are lone rangers running the whole show. This collage is just a fraction of those Rangers and below are just some of the Ranger Services led by women. Thank you for all your hard work!

When this happens, it's usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it's been deleted.
Attended at Broad Street today to stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine.

It was devastating hearing from those Ukrainians whose friends, family, and country are under fire and occupation. Putin is attacking the most fundamental of human rights.

What you can do to help:
Write to your MP
Ask your friends to donate
Demonstrate, organise
Tackle disinformation
Yesterday I joined members across the House of Commons to express solidarity with the people of Ukraine. I urged the Prime Minister to work with humanitarian organisations as well as international partners to deliver aid.

It was an honour to be invited to cut the ribbon for the official opening of Faceyouth Charity yesterday. Founder Ify Anyaegbu is such an inspiration and I hope Faceyouth will continue to go from strength to strength. It was also so nice to see so many friends and acquaintances from Aberdeen’s Nigerian community again.
Oooh, Adventure Aberdeen are at Hazlehead Park until 3pm today with a variety of super cool bikes to try out. Bring your own helmet or borrow one. They’re in front of the cafe 🙂

They also have bike doctor so if you have your own bike you can bring it along if it’s playing up and their bike doctor will look at it for you!
Town heaving tonight for Spectra. Really enjoyed the outside stuff. Together is particularly good.

Didn’t make the inside bits because the queues were ridiculous. It’s open til Sunday 6:30pm-10pm ☺️
